If more than 30 minutes, then you've become addicted. 3) Whenever you want to cyber, make sure to go outside instead of lounging at your computer. This will help to prevent yourself from spending too much time on the Internet by allowing you distraction free thoughts and activities that are meant for physical activity not online application use. 4) Try getting rid of all your devices. Try getting rid of your cell phone, laptop , tablet , and/or any other piece of technology that might be distracting you from what really matters in life like reading literature or learning about history facts. 5) We all know that your hands are NOT your hands. It's time to stop using them for things they weren't meant for like playing Angry Birds, texting, and listening to music or viewing videos. 6) You've probably noticed by now that you will be unable to do anything productive unless you have plenty of time on your hands.
